Perk/compaction test completed (compaction is 1 ft and septic is one 75 ft line). 1 acre feet of water (WR#71-5125) seller has the permits to drill well and will transfer to buyer. The water witcher says water runs long ways through middle of property and water is at 116ft, 163ft, 206ft, 265ft, 311ft, and 353ft. See Photos.
